We ordered a quarter cow last month. The owners were easy to communicate with. The packaging was awesome. Now to the important part… last night I made burgers. Same way I always do. My husband took one bite and said “holy -cuss word - this is the best burger I have ever had!!” He fancies himself a burger connoisseur -mostly because he loves burgers and eats a lot of them🤣 all the meals I’ve made so far with the beef has been ten times better than it would be with store bought meat… and I buy the grass fed beef. the meat quality is spectacular. We will definitely be ordering again!
