This is a deposit to reserve your spot for our February 2026 processing date. The expected time for delivery is late February 2026. We will be in contact as your time nears.
The total cost is $14.00 per finished lb of beef that you actually receive. All items in the 1/4 are priced at $14.00/lb. Our 1/4 of beef is usually around 100 lbs, give or take some depending on the animal.
This will serve as your reservation for 1/4 of beef. After ordering we will be in contact on scheduling your order.

Steaks (Ribeye, Tenderloin Filet, Sirloin, Strip)
Roasts (Chuck Roast, Shoulder Pot Roast, London Broil, Sirloin Tip Roast, Brisket, Shanks)
Small (Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Beef Kabobs)
Organs and Bones (Liver, Kidney, Soup Bones, Marrow Bones, Knuckle)
