This is a deposit to reserve your spot for a 1/2 Beef Bulk Order. We will be in contact to let you know when your slot falls on our schedule.
The total cost is $13.50 per finished lb of beef that you actually receive. All items in the 1/2 are priced at $13.50/lb. Our 1/2 of beef is usually around 200 lbs, give or take some depending on the animal.
This will serve as your reservation for 1/2 of beef. After ordering we will be in contact on scheduling your order.

Ground Beef - 80 lbs
Steaks (Ribeye, Tenderloin Filet, Sirloin, Strip)
Roasts (Chuck Roast, Shoulder Pot Roast, London Broil, Sirloin Tip Roast, Brisket, Shanks)
Small (Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Beef Kabobs)
Organs and Bones (Liver, Kidney, Soup Bones, Marrow Bones, Knuckle)
