The brown sugar maple sausage allows the rich flavor of our woodland pork to shine through. It’s a great choice for breakfast or meals that need a touch of sweet and savory.
We like to either grill or bake this sausage. To bake the sausage, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then place the sausage on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the sausages over and finish for another 10, or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Each package of Harris Homeplace Farm brown sugar maple sausage weighs a pound and contains enough sausage to feed 2-4 people.
