The hot sausage allows the rich flavor of our woodland pork to shine through. It's got great flavor with just enough spice to give you some extra zing in your meal.
We like to either grill or bake this sausage. To bake the sausage, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then place the sausage on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the sausages over and finish for another 10, or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
The options for serving hot sausage are endless! Place it on a bun with peppers and onions. Serve with pasta. Slice and place in an omelet in the morning, or use it to make sausage stuffing.
